Ms. P and I are hitting up another very contentious subject – GUN CONTROL. In light of all of these recent horrible killings both by civilians and police the subject of gun control is back in the forefront of the media.
We’ll be speaking with Nicole Gardner-Lewis, mother of the beautiful young lady you see below, Ronique Williams, who was murdered on December 3, 2015 while riding in a car that was hit by a drive by shooting. This amazing young woman, who was studying towards a degree in the veterinarian field, was ripped from all of our lives in her 19th year on this earth by an as yet unknown assailant(s). Nicole will be sharing Ronique’s story and her personal campaign to not only find Ronique’s killer(s) but to bring an end to gun violence on our streets.
You’ll also be hearing from Reesio Jones a general in the Atlanta area of the Black Panthers and founder of the brotherhood known as the K.O.A. (Knights of Atlanta). Mr. Jones has made it his mission to ignite a fire within the black community to come together and take care of each other, support each other and most of all protect each other. We’ll be talking to Mr. Jones about what he thinks can help solve the issue of gun violence on our streets and within our communities.
